Straufi provides a platform for creating, backtesting, deploying, and monitoring automated trading strategies for cryptocurrency markets. Our service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding trading performance or outcomes.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss. Past performance, including backtesting results, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, and any activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
5. API Keys & Exchange Access
When connecting exchange accounts, you grant Straufi permission to execute trades on your behalf according to your configured strategies. We only request read and trade permissions, never withdrawal permissions. You can revoke access at any time through your exchange.
6. Limitation of Liability
Straufi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
